Brief Introduction

• Jiangsu Sainty International Group Jiangdu Tools Co.,Ltd is located in Xiancheng industry zone of Yangzhou city in Jiangsu Province,is one of the largest wrench export productive enterprises. The company is the professional manufacturer of kinds of wrenches for more than 40 years.Currently,company has 280 employee and 35000m² area.Main productions are combination wrench, ratchet wrench,double open end wrench,double ring wrench,flare nut wrench.Annual production capacity is 26 million pieces of wrenches and annual sales turnover is 27 million USD. We participated in drafting the GB standard of combination wrench and ISO standard of ratchet wrench .

• For the market share,more than 60% sales to American Market,our top customers are Home Depot,Lowe's,Harbor Freight Tools,Grip-On,Sunex,etc. About 30% sales to Europe Market,top customers are Kingfisher,Adeo,Lidl,Beta,etc. In total 8% sales to Southeast Asia,South America and Africa, 2% to domestic market.

• For the production process,from tooling to electroplating and packing,all the process are in one plant. 11 forging lines from 160-1000T,applicable to different sizes of wrenches,factory plan to import more automatic forging lines to increase production efficiency and save labor.3 heat treatment lines and 2 electroplating lines,several CNC machines for ratchet wrench machining and many full automatic polishing machines to guarantee the good surface quality of wrenches.

• We got ISO9001， ISO14001， OHSAS 18001， TUV/GSS certificates and passed the factory audit by the third party of Home Depot,ADEO,TSC,etc,and also passed the BSCI audit.
